Brandon Winkle is the Director of Business Operations and Administration at Signature Outdoor Solutions, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, customer communication, and administrative systems that keep projects running smoothly.

With experience in landscape operations, project coordination, and customer relations, Brandon is passionate about building strong relationships, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service.

Chris Cook brings more than 20 years of experience in landscaping, outdoor construction, site development, and business leadership. His career began at age 12 mowing lawns throughout Northern Kentucky, and by 16 he founded Cru Cutters Lawn Care, which grew into a leading regional landscape company serving residential and commercial clients.

Chris earned an Associate Degree in Landscape Horticulture and Landscape Design from Cincinnati State, where he later taught horticulture courses. His experience expanded into excavation, retaining walls, swimming pool construction, concrete, electrical contracting, residential construction, and municipal park development. Throughout his career, he acquired and grew several companies, including Cru Cutters Landscape Services, Arlinghaus Electric, Landworx Excavation, Beaumont Building Group, Kramer Pools, and BBG Concrete.

In 2023, Chris served as President of the Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky and was recognized as the Association’s 2024 Builder of the Year.

Today, as a Partner at Signature Outdoor Solutions, Chris applies his extensive industry experience to landscape services, outdoor construction, strategic leadership, and business development.

Doug Eversman is a Senior Landscape Design & Estimating Manager with 25 years of industry experience. He is passionate about listening to each customer’s individual needs and works closely with clients to turn their vision into a reality. Doug takes pride in delivering thoughtful designs, accurate estimates, and exceptional customer service throughout every project.

With more than 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry, Les Race is a seasoned Operations Manager known for delivering exceptional service, operational excellence, and high-quality landscape solutions. Throughout his career spanning over two decades, he has successfully managed all aspects of landscape operations, including project planning, crew leadership, scheduling, budgeting, equipment management, and client relations.

Combining extensive industry knowledge with strong leadership skills, Les has overseen residential, commercial, and municipal landscaping projects of varying sizes and complexities. Les is dedicated to creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor environments that exceed client expectations.
